How do I nominate someone?
Download the form, print it out, complete and return to the PGC Hall of Fame Commitee by mail or email.
Now that I've nominated someone - what should I expect?
The PGC Hall of Fame Committee meets 5-6 times per year. Once your request has been received and reviewed you will be notified by phone call or email of the committee's decision.
To expedite the decision process please provide significant details regarding your nominee and all of their qualifications.
If the decision is to approve the request - further coordination with you and the inductee will be required to complete the process.
